Default DJ is a revenue sharing forum, we display YOUR Adsense Ads

Hi members

DJ is an adsense revenue sharing forum.

40% of the ads served on DJ (header and after forum posts) can belong to our members, and the remaining will belong to us.

When u start a thread or are the last poster in a thread, there is a high chance that your ad could be displayed on DJ. Thread starters have a 25% chance of showing their ads while last posters get a 15% chance.

NOTE:
Your own adsense ads won't be served to you when you are logged in, making it impossible to click your own ads, however they can be served to everyone else.

To protect your privacy, we won't show Adsense ads in your private messages. This keeps contextual ad spiders from entering, crawling or reading your private messages.

Ok, down to some details. When you start a thread, your adsense id can be used in 3 cases.

1)When someone views our forum homepage (in which case it will be used only in the header)
2)When somebody is browsing our forums (displayed in the header as well)
3)When somebody is browsing a thread which you started (displayed in the 2nd post as well as header)

When you are the last poster of a thread, your adsense id again can be used in the same 3 cases as mentioned above.
1)When someone views our forum homepage (displayed in the header)
2)When somebody is browsing our forums (displayed in the header)
3)When somebody is browsing a thread in which you were the last poster (displayed in the 2nd post as well as the header)

The main difference is in probability.

The following are our current percentages
1)Thread starter...........25%
2)Last Poster...............15%
3)DJ Forums ................60%

Now we always plan to keep no more then 60% for ourselves, but we are going to experiment with the thread starter
and last poster percentages.

We welcome your feedback and may experiment with the Last Poster & Thread Starter percentages from time to time.

Currently our forum is new and the chances of getting your ads served are very high.
To set this up, go to your User CP >> edit options, then scroll all the way down and you will see a field where you can enter your Adsense Client ID.

IMPORTANT:
Your client id is 20 chars long and is in the format of pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Make sure that you enter the entire client id including the words 'pub-' or otherwise you may not get credit.

Soon you will be able to add a channel id in there as well so that you can track your progress.

Enjoy
